Hoy el libro de la sabiduría nos hace una llamada de atención y nos enseña acerca de la vida normal y natural, el día a día. Este es un libro de la experiencia siguiendo a Dios y como tal nos hace pensar en lo que hacemos en la vida. Claro el evangelio no se queda atrás con su enseñanza de este domingo, ¿un ciego podrá guiar a otro ciego? Y no está hablando de ciego físico es la ceguera que manejamos a veces en varios sentidos . Por ejemplo si no sabemos algo, si no practicamos, etc, no podemos guiar, no podemos enseñar primero tenemos que cuidar de nuestra vida, de nuestra alma , nuestra espiritualidad, de la familia y poder después atrevernos a orar , guiar, acompañar a otros en este camino en lo que necesite, no solo en la Iglesia. Y para todo esto la segunda lectura nos da la lección que debemos hacer, ahí esta la clave, la victoria de nuestro Senor Jesucristo, o sea la resurrección es lo que debemos buscar , practicar y no perder. Cada dia, es un dia apropiado para vivir de acuerdo a la sabiduría, la sabiduría se pide, se ora y se fomenta , crecer como personas nos hace mas sabios y aun cuando tengamos errores podemos estar sirviendo a otros porque eso nos ayuda a ir mejorando a nosotros mismos, Dios esta siempre en continua supervisión en sentido positivo de cada una y uno de sus hijos. Vivamos su guía, pidamos que nos acompane y hagamos nuestro camino. Reucerden la cuaresma se acerca y esa es otra oportunidad de experimentar a Dios sanandonos y salvándonos. Bendiciones.

ALMSGIVING OPPORTUNITIES
During Lent, we are asked to focus more intently on "almsgiving," which means donating money or goods to the poor and performing other acts of charity. As one of the three pillars of Lenten practice, almsgiving is "a witness to fraternal charity" and "a work of justice pleasing to God." (Catechism of the Catholic Church, no. 2462). BUILD THE NEW CHURCH STAIRS
We have fully paid off our construction loan! We are debt free! This is a great accomplishment, and we thank everyone. We are Blessed, and I am Grateful!
We are in a position to finish the last step of the Building Our Faith campaign with the new stairs from the church to the Portico.
These New Stairs will provide
1. Easy access to events in The Portico and MPR after Masses,
2. a safe way for parents to walk toddlers to The Portico who need a break during Mass,
3. and these stairs will become the main entrance to the church from the parking lot, using the elevator or school staircase to come up, walk past STEM Lab and MPR, through The Portico and into the church.
We are counting on the income from those still paying their outstanding pledges to build these new stairs. We will give ourselves a loan from our reserves to start as soon as possible, hopefully in a few months. Since the original design of a simple staircase, we have expanded the project to include all that was listed just above. Because of this, and because of inflation, we are going to fall short of paying ourselves back. Would you be willing to help a bit more to finish this project?

With a cell phone, a photo can be snapped anywhere – out on a walk, in the classroom, even in the locker room or a bathroom. So, it is important to talk to your children about when it is appropriate and when it is not to use a camera and how they should think about sharing images they take. November 5-11, 2023 is an annual week-long celebration of the Catholic Church in the United States dedicated to promoting vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and consecrated life through prayer and education, and to renew our prayers and support for those who are considering one of these particular vocations.

Hop on board the Eucharistic Caravan to walk with Our Lord through the streets of San Francisco as pilgrims move towards Indianapolis for the National Eucharistic Congress this July. A pilgrimage is the simultaneous
movement of feet and soul to encounter God. This is a journey WITH Jesus. With the gift of the Eucharist, Jesus gave us a new way to walk alongside him. Do you want to accompany Jesus this May?

For children entering Kinder to 5th Grade to dive deep into an amazing undersea adventure to experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God.
