ALL SAINTS - SOLEMNITY
November 1, 2026
This Sunday we celebrate All Saints’ Day when the Church pulls back the veil between heaven and earth to celebrate the countless holy men and women who have gone before us. We not only celebrate the canonized saints, but the quiet, everyday witnesses of faith who now share in the fullness of God's glory.
In Sunday's Gospel, Jesus turns the values of the world upside down with the Beatitudes, reminding us that it is precisely in our poverty, our sorrow, our hunger for justice, and our purity of heart that we are truly blessed. Unified with the great cloud of witnesses in heaven, let us pray for the grace to walk their path of unwavering faith, trust in the Lord’s leading, and seek the holiness to which we are all uniquely called.
LET'S PREPARE OUR HEARTS BEFORE MASS
Spending time reading and praying with the Mass readings before Mass helps prepare your heart to receive what God wants to communicate to you.
Mass Readings for Sunday, Nov. 1
Paz y Bien.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS!
Giving with a cheerful heart is one of the ways we show our obedience to God and demonstrate our recognition that we are only stewards of our earthly possessions. God gives to you so He can give through you.
MAKE YOUR CHURCH DONATION ONLINE
We encourage parishioners to go paperless! Many of our parishioners donate online by setting up recurring donations. It is easy and efficient. This also helps our Church in saving costs on envelopes, stamps, paper, etc. If this method aligns with you, here is the link to set it up.
Another easy way to give a donation to the church’s general collection is by text. To get started, text the amount you want to give to 424-360-2500. With your first donation, you will receive a link to enter your payment information. After that, simply text the amount you want to give, and that is it! This is a great way to supplement your online recurring donation.

October 31-November 1 || Mandated and ethical reporting
Mandated reporters are persons who are legally required to report suspected cases of abuse, or instances where a child has disclosed abuse. These reports must be made to child protective services or law enforcement officials. Most professions that make a person a mandated reporter involve close interactions with children, like a teacher, school administrator or nurse. But regardless of the law, we all have an ethical obligation to report suspected or known child abuse, in order to keep children safe. For more information, read the VIRTUS® article “The Facts about Mandated and Ethical Reporting” at lacatholics.org/did-you-know.
Read the VIRTUS® article “The Facts about Mandated and Ethical Reporting” here.
The Facts about Mandated and Ethical Reporting) at lacatholics.org/did-you-know.
